Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins has suggested that Scunthorpe's Nigel Adkins has what it takes to replace Paulo Sousa as the club's new manager. Jenkins is hunting a replacement for the Portuguese coach after he joined Leicester, and Adkins' name has been linked with the post. "Even when Scunthorpe were relegated from the Championship, he brought them back up, and now they have stayed at this level on a low budget through hard work. He is a possible, definitely," Jenkins told the Scunthorpe Telegraph. Adkins, who previously serves as Scunthorpe's physio, has managed in Wales before, having a successful spell with Bangor.
