Bodde Makes Reserve Team Comeback

The 27-year-old Dutch midfielder, who has not played since sastaining cruciate knee ligament damage in the 3-2 home defeat to Birmingham City on 21st November 2008, completed eighty-three minutes of the reserve team clash in Neath on Wednesday afternoon.

The match ended all-square at 1-1 with trialist Dominique van Dijk netting for the Swans on 72 minutes.

The visitors equaliser came just 9 minutes later through Charlie Austin.

Swans Reserves: David Cornell, Matthew Collins, Ben Adelsbury, Steven Berry, Fede Bessone, Ferrie Bodde (Lee Lucas, 83'), Scott Evans, Chad Bond, Casey Thomas (Kerry Morgan, 77'), Dominique van Dijk, Besian Idrizaj (Daniel Sheehan, 69'). Subs Not Used: Daniel Alfei, Adam Orme.
