The Dutch midfielder made his comeback from the injury in Saturdays win against Sheffield United but last just lasted just nine minutes of the 2-1 win at The Liberty Stadium.
Now scans have shown that Bodde, who before the Blades match had not played since last November, has ruptured his knee ligaments again.
"The replacement graft has ruptured," Swans physio Cerian Parham told the club's official website.
"It's very rare for this to happen as the graft is normally stronger than the original ligament."
