Swansea Chairman Huw Jenkins has admitted that the stadium overlooked much of the problems that have been caused by switching to a fully computerised ticketing system, which has seen the club come under heavy criticism. As a result, Jenkins has revealed that a small number of cash turnstiles will be available come the weekend, for those that have not purchased their tickets in advance.
''If there had been old-style turnstiles from the start we would have avoided 99 per cent of the problems", Jenkins told the Evening Post, "...and the bad publicity we've had so far this season. There has been a big change since we left the Vetch from the old manual system to a new computerised system. It's just common sense to have some turnstiles and we hope they will be in place come the weekend".
