Both Swansea and Martin Devaney have confirmed that they will not be continuing discussions over a possible transfer this summer. Despite the two parties meeting for talks last week, Kenny Jackett has withdrawn his interest in the Cheltenham winger and is now focusing on different targets.
In an interview this morning, Devaney claimed, "I met with Kenny but it didn't come to anything and I won't be going to Swansea. But there could something on the cards in the near future. I don't want to say too much, but it looks almost certain that I'll be leaving Cheltenham".
Meanwhile, Wrexham manager Denis Smith has warned any clubs that are interested in Craig Morgan, will have to pay a considerable fee. Despite the young defender being out of contract this summer, Wrexham would be entitled to compensation through a tribunal, as Morgan is only 19.
