After much speculation over the past few weeks, and as we reported last week, Darryl Duffy has at last put pen to paper and last night signed a three-year contract with the Swans. Both Hull and the Swans finally agreed a fee of £200,000, which could rise to £300,000 depending on performances and results.
Speaking to the Swansea City Official Site Duffy said that "he was absolutely delighted that the move was finally completed. I don't think I made any secret of the fact that I wanted to make my move to Swansea permanent".
Duffy will now fly off to Sweden to meet up with the rest of the Swans team to prepare for the first pre-season friendly against Ostersund next Saturday.
There are also rumours of further players following Pawel Abbott out of the door, namely Tom Butler, Robbo and Willy Gueret.
