Swansea have announced that Marc Goodfellow and Ijah Anderson will remain at the club for at least another month, after agreeing to extend their current deals until late January. Goodfellow has accepted Swansea's offer of a second month on loan from Bristol City, while Anderson extends his monthly deal after signing as a free agent in late November.
Goodfellow has been in and out of the Swansea starting eleven since joining on loan in November, as he attempts to secure a permanent deal away from Ashton Gate. The speedy winger netted crucial match-winning goals against Oxford and Stockport and has helped provide balance throughout the side that Kenny Jackett believed was missing in early season.
Anderson has made two appearances since his debut against Bury in November, but has been told that he could earn a contract should he impress over the next month. The ex-Bristol Rovers wing-back has apparently been struggling to find full fitness since arriving in South Wales, but is expected to replace the suspended Sam Ricketts on Boxing Day.
