He told the Western Mail: "We need as many people as possible to turn up an support us.
"The fans can make a big difference They have been fantastic recently and I would ask them to come along again and create another great atmosphere.
"This is a massive game. Bearing in mind Carlisle are second from bottom and have a game in hand on us, it is probably one of the most important matches in the club's history."
