QPR Manager Ian Holloway has told Swansea supporters to stop criticising their manager and get behind their team. Holloway's outburst occurred after his old pal Kenny Jackett came under heavy criticism following Swansea's 3-0 defeat at Loftus Road and for their poor start in general.
Holloway stated that he was astonished at the fans' reaction to Jackett's management and told them that his style of play is the only way that they will escape from the basement division. The QPR Manager went on to say that Swans supporters must be more "realistic" about their goals as the side cannot play the flowing football that they demand for.
"Stop living in the past" was the final quote from Holloway, who clearly believes that Jackett has the ability to turn Swansea's poor start around. However, Jackett remains under intense pressure, as his side of promotion hopefuls are being described in the media as "League Two strugglers" - not the sort of season that Chairman Huw Jenkins had in mind!
