Kenny Jackett has stated that he will wait to watch video footage of Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Shrewsbury before considering whether or not to take disciplinary action against any of his players. Both Garry Monk and Andy Robinson saw red for the visitors at the weekend, with numerous other Swansea players involved in off-the ball incidents. Swansea's poor discipline eventually cost the league-leaders the match, as they attempted to play the remainder of the match with just 9 men...an almost impossible feat.
Andy Robinson is likely to face some form of fine after receiving a straight red card for an off the ball incident with Shrewsbury's Darren Moss. Last week's match winner appeared to strike Moss and left the field guilty of violent conduct.
However, Garry Monk's situation is far from clear after Jackett claimed that the referee had made a "dodgy" decision for one of the defender's yellow cards. Monk was booked for unsporting behaviour before receiving his marching orders for an alleged two-footed tackle just minutes later.
