After watching his side move to the top of League One following a 3-1 victory at struggling MK Dons, Kenny Jackett made time to praise his team, claiming "We are playing good football". However, special mention was given to the club's Scouse trio, as Andy Robinson, Lee Trundle and Kevin McLeod were at the forefront of another fantastic attacking display.
"The three of them are good footballers", Jackett told the Evening Post.
"They've got poor dress sense and a poor sense of humour, but I put up with all that because the three of them can play".
Morale and team spirit is clearly at an all time high as the club occupies it's highest league position since October 1992. "We're top of the league, but it's the points total I look at and 18 points from eight games is a good start", Jackett added.
