Agustien was given 33 penalty points on his licence by Neath Magistrates' Court - in addition to six he already had - giving him a total of 39, 27 more than the banning limit of 12. While the 26-year-old pleaded guilty to one charge of speeding, he also failed to identify a driver on five occasions, four of which related to speeding and one to skipping a red light.
When asked if he had decided whether to take any action against the Dutchman, Laudrup said: "Not yet. We will have to see what we will do about it, but I can't lie - I don't think it's very good. Nobody is perfect, but Kemy is not 19 and it's not only once or twice he has made a mistake - it's many times."
He added: "It's a negative thing for him and the club.
"I believe players need to be role models for others.
"In life, like in football, you have to learn from your mistakes and not repeat it another time.
"I try to keep things separate, but I can't sit here and say it doesn't matter because it does."
Last year Agustien escaped with only a calf injury after he was involved in a crash in his native Holland which saw his car flip.
