Former Swans boss Roberto Martinez is said to be keen on signing the midfielder for Wigan but chairman Jenkins insisted that he has heard nothing from the Latics, or indeed any other clubs.
"We have had no offer for Leon from anyone," Jenkins told the Evening Post.
"As to whether Wigan are interested in him, you will have to ask Roberto.
"As far as we are concerned, the situation with Leon is that we are still waiting for him to decide where his future lies.
"He has made it clear he would like to wait until the end of the season to make his decision and we have accepted that.
"Ideally we would like Leon to sign a new deal and commit to us so we can move forward, but at the moment that doesn't look like happening."
