As most of the second tier utilise a fortnight international break to recharge their batteries, the 21-year-old winger is off with England`s Under-21 side to play a friendly double-header.
Sinclair, who capped a great performance with a stunning solo strike in Saturday`s 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest to make it 22 for the season, is part of Stuart Pearce`s squad to face Denmark in Viborg on Thursday before returning to play against Iceland in Preston next Monday.
But despite having already played his part in a lengthy Championship season, Sinclair insists he will remain in fine shape for the physical and emotional demands that lie ahead over the next two months.
"You're going to get time to have a break and I'll be looking forward to that when it's my time, but to play for England is a great honour and I'm glad I'm going away," he told the South Wales Evening Post.
"I don't feel tired because the gaffer's given us three or four days off recently. I felt on Saturday there was more pressure than the last time we played and the manager sees all this stuff. He gives us great recovery time which means we can then go and perform. The manager spots things and maybe gives us an extra day off or a lighter session, which is important."
