Painter and Anderson available for Carlisle

The Swans received a double boost today as both Marcos Painter and Paul Anderson were declared fit for our crucial top of the table clash with Carlisle at Brunton Park on Tuesday evening.

Despite a 60-second cameo appearance against the MK Dons on the 19th February, Anderson has been missing since our away clash with Nottingham Forest back in January.

There is also better news about Gary Monk, despite fears that he may miss the rest of the season, it appears that Monk may even be available for the Gillingham game next Saturday. The Swans travel to second place Carlisle knowing a win would leave them on the brink of promotion.
