Swansea midfielder Andy Robinson is still doubtful for tomorrow's big local derby at the Vetch Field, but remains hopeful that he can shrug off a niggling injury that has kept him out of action for Swansea's last two games. Robinson picked up a hip injury against Leyton Orient and has so far missed Swansea's last two games at Grimsby and Wycombe but is still hopeful of a return to action tomorrow.
Robinson originally returned to training at the end of last week but suffered a slight relapse in his condition before last Saturday's match at Grimsby. After training for most of the week, physio Richie Evans is expecting Robinson to undergo a late fitness test to prove that he will be capable of competing in Saturday's local derby.
However, Andy Gurney is set to return to action after missing Tuesday's defeat at Wycombe for "personal reasons". Gurney has been dogged by a back injury since arriving in South Wales but the club are adamant that he will return to the starting line-up tomorrow.
