The Swans picked up their fourth home victory of the season in Saturday's 2-0 Liberty Stadium success against Fulham to move up to 11th in the Barclays Premier league table.
The Welsh club have yet to break their duck on their travels, and their next two fixtures are testing away days at Newcastle and Everton, but Rodgers is confident that win will soon arrive, and said: "The win over Fulham is a big boost and I do feel the away points are coming, that win is coming.
He added: "This will give us great confidence going into those two games."
Rodgers also heaped more praise on goalkeeper Michel Vorm after he played a key part in Saturday's win.
The Dutchman, known as 'the penalty killer' in his homeland, kept out Clint Dempsey's spot-kick with the score at 1-0 and also made excellent stops from Bryan Ruiz and Andrew Johnson.
Rodgers said: "Those are key moments and that's the best part of it. We looked at the video analysis of their penalty takers, Zamora and Dempsey and where they like to put them.
"We had some Dempsey videos and he normally puts them to that right side.
"He goes central or to the right and when you look at Michel's save he covered both. He went to his right but kept his left arm there.
"Normally when players are on a run up and they go to hit it keepers come out and that closes the space down a bit. But he just went from the line directly to his right and it means he's got a bigger area to cover. It was a great save."
