They drew 1-1 against Watford on Tuesday having lost 1-0 to Scunthorpe and they travel to Derby County on Saturday.
"We're looking now to up the tempo in this final bit," said Rodgers.
"It's what winners do at this period of the season - they just do that little bit more and they up the tempo."
The Swans go into Saturday's clash second, seven points adrift of leaders Queens Park Rangers and with arch-Welsh rivals Cardiff City in the chasing pack.

Swans boss Brendan Rodgers
But Rodgers is convinced his players have what it takes to reach the Premier League.
He said: "We're not all sitting very calm. It obviously one that, it's a really exciting part of the season and I think the climax to the championship season is going to be a real rollercoaster, up and down.
"And obviously we're a bit part of that - difficult to enjoy of course, but I think for us as staff and players we have to go into every game and see no change really.
"We'll be looking in these last 10 games to get these extra few % out of the players.
"But I think if we keep doing what we've been doing this year, showing the mentality that we have done - these players have sweated blood for this club this season.
"And we're just going to keep pushing them right to the end of the season and let's hope they get the rewards they deserve."
Rodgers acknowledges that the Rams early-season promise has faded while being able to point to his side's ability to bounce back from defeats as a major factor in their promotion push.
Dyer admits Premier ambition
"It's interesting because they [Derby] were fantastic early on in the season and for whatever reason they've just dropped off the pace and down.
"But that's the type of league it is.
"They've lost a couple of players that have been important for them and sometimes when you're in this league if you get a run of games where you lose, it sometimes can be difficult to come out of that.
"And that's why I have massive respect for my players here because each time we've lost a game we've come back and either won or drawn the next game.
"But we know it will be a difficult place to go. It always is, but we go into the game with great confidence.
"We're playing very, very well at the moment.
"Even though the last two games we haven't got the ideal result we wanted the performance levels have been really, really high and it's something that we'll look to continue."
