Rodgers, who beat off competition from Neil Warnock, Sven-Goran Eriksson and Dave Jones to land the award, has steered the Swans into second place in the table after five wins from six games during February.
The victories came at Bristol City, Middlesbrough and Coventry while Doncaster and Leeds were resoundingly beaten at the Liberty Stadium.
Rodgers told the club's official website: "I'm very proud. I will accept the award on behalf of the family which is Swansea City Football Club.
"We are very much one club from the players, staff, board of directors and supporters. As the manager I am delighted to receive this award on their behalf.
"This award validates the great work by everyone while we will continue to work even harder to bring more success to this great club."
