The winger has been a revelation for Swans since putting a succession of loan moves behind him to make a permanent switch from Chelsea to the Liberty Stadium last summer, subsequently scoring 22 goals in 39 appearances.
His form has helped City stand within one point of the automatic promotion with just eight games remaining, while it has also attracted the attention of England Under-21 boss Stuart Pearce.
Sinclair will be aiming to double his caps tally in Thursday night's friendly in Denmark and Monday's clash with Iceland, two games which will hopefully seal his place in the England squad for this summer's UEFA Under-21 Championship in Denmark.
Targeting success with Swansea and England, Sinclair said: "It would be the best summer if I could get promoted with my club and win the Championship.
"I've had seven loan deals and I was fed up of going on loan and not being settled. When you go on loan, you're not really part of that team and you go back and you never really know what's going to happen, so I thought it was best for me to go and get some football."
