Swansea have avoided another possible summer tribunal by agreeing a package with Bangor City for midfielder Owain Tudur-Jones. The giant midfielder signed for the club ten days ago on a free transfer but the League of Wales outfit claimed that they were owed compensation and took their argument to the FAW.
Bangor Chairman Ken Jones told the official site, "A package satisfactory to Bangor City has been agreed with Swansea and would like to repeat our good wishes to Owain in his future career". Therefore it would appear that the midfielder's future has been resolved without the need for a third party.
Tudur-Jones will be in the squad for tomorrow's tough trip to Huddersfield but is likely to settle for a place on the bench at best. Despite a promising pre-season campaign, the welsh-speaking midfielder is still waiting for his first competitive start for the club.
