Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins hopes to appoint a new manager by Monday. The Swans are on the lookout for a new boss after Paulo Sousa left to join Leicester and Gary Speed, John Hartson and Chris Coleman have been linked with the role. But Jenkins also has his eye on the lower leagues as he searches for the right man. Jenkins told the South Wales Evening Post: "Myself and the board will be working very hard in order to have someone in position on Monday. "I've seen the names being linked with us in the papers, but I don't understand why people are not looking at the managers who are doing a great job under a limited budget at other clubs lower down the leagues. "Look at Paul Trollope at Bristol Rovers for example - he's done very well there. There's Terry Skiverton at Yeovil, who is doing a good job. Keith Hill at Rochdale has done a great job, while Eddie Howe is another to have done very well at Bournemouth."
