Yet more problems were encountered at the White Rock on Bank Holiday Monday, as StadCo's reign in South Wales continues to anger many. Large number of fans eventually gave up attempting to buy tickets for the fixture against Barnsley, as the wait for the ticket booth became a major problem before kick-off.
At around 2:20pm, the wait to buy tickets for the ground was estimated at just under an hour, with StadCo employees unable to deal with the large demand from supporters. Those who turned up late witnessed a queue that was close to circling the stadium and many supporters opted to go elsewhere, as opposed to missing the opening action of the game.
The ticket office appears incapable of dealing with the large demand for supporters that occurs on match-days...and is clearly costing the club much needed revenue. Yet despite now being three home games into the new season, StadCo's teething problems continue and many have been left frustrated by their blatant inefficiency.
