Rival left-back Ben Thatcher's International career appears to be doomed, leaving the Swansea full-back more than likely to pick up two more Welsh caps in October.
Meanwhile, Mark Pritchard and Owain Tudur-Jones are both in the Under-21s squad to face Germany and Azerbaijan - despite the latter being currently injured. Tudur-Jones picked up an ankle injury in the U21s defeat against England but is expected to be fit to return for October 7th.
