Trundle & Connor Voted Top Strike Force

Lee Trundle and Paul Connor have been voted the top Swansea strike-force in a recent Swans MAD poll. Although this partnership has been rare so far this season, mainly due to a mixture of unfortunate injuries, Swansea supporters would still pick Trundle and Connor as their first choice partnership in attack - with 34% voting in this way.
Runners up were the Trundle-Fitzgerald (24%) and the Trundle-Thomas (18%) partnerships, with
no real backing towards any partnership involving joint top-scorer Kevin Nugent. However, with the majority of Swansea supporters still waiting their first view of loanee Fitzgerald and with James Thomas' injury problems, it appears that we may still be relying on Nugent in front of goal for some time.
