Swansea midfielder Owain Tudur-Jones has been added to the Welsh U-21 squad after a number of injuries within the side. Brian Flynn has been forced to bring in four additional players to his squad to face Malta in Llanelli in midweek, with the ex-Bangor midfielder being one of them.
Tudur-Jones joins fellow Swansea youngster Mark Pritchard in the squad and will now be hoping that he can play some part in the fixture. Flynn had previously stated that OTJ was on the fringe of the squad but the U-21 manager opted against choosing the Welsh giant in his original selection.
Tudur-Jones joins Joe Jacobson, Curtis McDonald and Jamal Easter as the late call-ups to Brian Flynn's squad.
