A super show from Stuart Roberts earned a Swansea City a deserved point against league leaders Doncaster Rovers in a thrilling match at the Vetch Field.
Roberts had the home defence in a tangle throughout the 90 minutes and he opened the scoring in the 39th minute with his first goal for the club since returning from Wycombe Wanderers.
A long clearance from Swans keeper Brian Murphy was flicked on by Kevin Nugent and Roberts' pace took him beyond the Rovers back-line.
As Andy Warrington advanced he drilled a superb shot into the back of the net.
"Ten out of ten for entertainment," said Swans manager Brian Flynn.
"We were looking good going forward, but I was a little concerned about crosses into the box.
"Stuart Roberts was a constant threat and less honest players would have gone down for a penalty during the second half but he stayed on his feet.
"Brian Murphy gave a solid display in goal and generally the defence held up well.
"We now need to go on a good run to get into the play-offs, but I've got to be happy with a point against the leaders in front of a big crowd." Rovers deservedly equalised just before the hour, but they needed help from Swansea full-back Kris O'Leary to get on the scoresheet.
His attempted back-pass was intercepted by Michael McIndoe and he slipped the ball to the unmarked Chris Brown, who made no mistake from point-blank range.
"We started well, but didn't create many chances," said Rovers boss Dave Penney, a former Swansea captain.
"We could have gone two down, but for a class save by our keeper Andy Warrington. We targeted Swansea's full-back O'Leary as we knew he was really a centre-back and that worked well for us.
"It was a fair result and on that performance Swansea could make it to the play-offs, but to do that they will need to win their home games."
